       The management team consists of a board of directors working closely with the executive director. The officers consist of individuals with extensive experience both in the mobility industry and in charitable organizations. A small staff is augmented by many volunteers who serve on distribution teams and who deliver and properly fit the devices to needy individuals in developing countries.
